基隆第一高山姜子寮山輕鬆走一回

今早隨著「雕刻工會登山社」攀登基隆市第一高山-姜子寮山(高729公尺)，我們走台五線（縱貫路），至七堵時，循泰安瀑布指標，右轉入泰安路，過鐵道涵洞，沿著泰安路上山，約三公里，抵泰安瀑布
(在這裡可先停車，爬上去觀賞瀑布，往返不過十分鐘) 。然後續前行，約又四、五公里，至路盡頭，有小型停車場，即是姜子寮山登山口。此處有一觀景台，面向七堵、八堵的基隆河谷方向，若天氣好視野展望應相當良好。
2004年六月間，基隆市政府完成姜子寮山的登山步道工程，鋪設枕木2400階，攻頂才1.68公里。使這原本只有健腳登山客才能登訪的姜子寮山，一夕之間，變成一般大眾得以親近的山峰。
姜子寮 名稱由來
位於汐止附近，「姜子寮」可能是羌仔寮之變音轉訛，而羌仔寮就是指當時飼養山羌類動物的窩棚。
脫胎換骨
0729我從三峽熊空越嶺紅河谷古道走24公里(含午餐共在山裡走10小時)到烏來，當時覺得很累！

但日後，覺得全身毛細孔均打通，容易全身流汗(排毒)，精神煥發，走路登山均感覺很輕盈，好像受到人間菩薩加持，打通「任督二脈」，脫胎換骨，有年輕十歲的感覺，真是神奇！鍾純義兄也同樣有脫胎換骨的感受，他啟蒙更早，在［阿英姐週日健行隊］的磺嘴山攀登(那回我未參加)，就發現了！

姜子寮山既是基隆市第一高山，
可說是360度皆有視野展望。
可惜今天運氣不好，登頂時大雨，
雲霧籠罩山頂，但見一片霧茫茫而已。
